Key Features of 35kV Oil Immersed Transformers
Core and Windings
Low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel cores combined with high-conductivity copper or aluminum windings provide excellent electrical efficiency and thermal performance.
Cooling System
Standard ONAN (Oil Natural Air Natural) cooling ensures reliable heat dissipation. Optional ONAF (forced air) systems are available for high-capacity models. Corrugated tanks or bolt-on radiators enhance cooling efficiency.
Protection and Safety
Equipped with Buchholz relays, oil level indicators, pressure relief valves, thermometers, and optional surge arresters or on-load tap changers (OLTC) to enhance protection and operational flexibility.
Low Noise Operation
Engineered for low sound levels (<60 dB for 1000–2500kVA), suitable for utility and industrial applications near populated areas.
Environmental Adaptability
Available with biodegradable insulating oil and sealed-tank construction to prevent leakage and reduce environmental risks.
