150 kVA Three Phase Distribution Transformer Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation Environment Requirements

  • The site should be dry and ventilated, away from flammable and explosive places.
  • The foundation should be level, and the grounding resistance should be ≤4Ω to ensure safe operation.

Daily Maintenance

  • Check the oil level every quarter. The oil color should be transparent amber. Refill transformer oil to the standard scale.
  • Clean dust on the radiator surface every year, and test winding DC resistance and ratio error.

Precautions

  • Overload operation is prohibited, and oil temperature and winding temperature should be prevented from exceeding 85℃.
  • During thunderstorm seasons, lightning protection grounding inspection should be strengthened to ensure equipment safety.
