The S-1500kva type is a fully sealed oil-immersed Substation transformer, with the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce pollution. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, fully sealed transformers eliminate the oil conservator. The change in oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated fins of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air, preventing and slowing down oil deterioration and insulation aging, enhancing operation reliability, and requiring no maintenance during normal operation.
The transformer core is stacked with high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is bound to increase its compactness and reduce noise.
The high- and low-voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper. The low-voltage winding of 500kVA and below adopts a double-layer cylindrical structure. 630kVA and above adopt a double-helix or four-helix structure, and the high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure.
The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11, reducing the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improving power supply quality.
The transformer is a fully sealed structure, extending service life, with no core lifting and no maintenance required.
The measured noise value is lower than the standard. After normal transportation, this transformer does not need core lifting inspection. The relevant components can be installed, the acceptance tests can be carried out, and it can be put into operation after passing the tests.
